Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to take advantage of our refund option. This gives you ample time to evaluate the product and decide if it meets your needs.

Shipping Cost:

If you need to return an item, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent). In case of an error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Defective or Broken Products:

If you receive a defective or broken product, please contact our customer support within the 30-day return period. We will gladly arrange a return or exchange for you and cover all shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about a purchase and the product is not defective or broken, you can still return it within the 30-day period. However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note the following conditions for all returns:

REFUNDS
